European Heart for Children organizes events to promote fundraising.
Normally, the events were dinner held during the annual Congress of Cardiology. In other cases, smaller events have been organized locally, such as concerts, races, etc.
Amsterdam, 2023
Also for 2023, it was not possible to organise the annual humanitarian dinner during the congress of the European Society of Cardiology but we have acquired a stent at the congress to show all the achievements of European Heart for Children.
Barcellona, 2022
After COVID, it has become difficult to organise the usual humanitarian dinner during the annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology because the duration of the congress itself has been shortened. Instead, and I occasion of the sad events in Ukraine, European Heart for Children has organised a sale of all the merchandise in favour of Ukraine. The sale was arranged during the annual congress in Barcelona.
The years 2020 and 2021 were particularly difficult in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. The whole world remained astonished, stanned, and very silent. European Heart for Children has tried to be less silent by organising small videos as a memory of the foundation.

The European Heart for Children Fundraising dinner was held at Congress Centre Fira Gran Via Barcelona.
Agropoli – stracittadina 2017
The Sporting Association “Libertas Agropoli”, together with the Half Marathon, organised in 2017 a Stracittadina: a non-competitive 2km walk/run, aiming to fundraise and promote the activities of European Heart for Children.
The event was highly publicised among the students and teachers from the “Gino Rossi Vairo Secondary School”, the “Gino Landol Secondary School” and the “San Marco Primary School”. As a result, 300 people, mainly children, attended the event. The Stracittadina was possible thanks to the generosity of “Nature’s Bounty” and of the local bank “BCC Comuni Cilentani”.
